Most lost deductions start with work nobody logged. A form asks you to stop, open the app and fill in six fields. Henry asks for one sentence, so you log while the details are fresh.
That matters because the IRS looks for records made at the time of the work that name the property, the task and the time. Each activity Henry drafts is time-stamped when it’s logged, keeps the message, voice note, photo or PDF it came from, and is confirmed by you. That is the contemporaneous, sourced record a reviewer expects, however it was typed.
Henry counts toward every test the same way any other activity does: once you confirm, your 750-hour, 50% and material participation totals update.
